Muscdel tone incorperiated is a self employed company.  Muscle tone is ran by one personal trainer (william king) (315-604-6109). I work out at the YMCA.   I do personal training part time as of right now.  Hopefully I can go into personal training full time in the next couple of months. I will travel with-in 10 miles of Auburn NY.  My Hourly rate is 30 dollars an Hour.  10 of it goes to the ymca for a day pass for my clients to get into the gym.  The first lession is 50 percent off for the first hour.  If you would like to call me to set up a meeting  my work number is up above.
